Seller Instructions
- Use the credentials you received by email.
- Log in to the Deux system at https://almostnew.deux.fi.
- Price your items at home before bringing them to the store.
- Price tags can be printed in advance or at the time of delivery. Materials provided include price stickers, cardboard tags, and fasteners.
- Your own sales rack
- Price stickers and cardboard tags

Do Not Bring

- Ultra-fast fashion items (e.g., Shein, Temu, Boohoo, Fashion Nova, Cider, Romwe, Zaful, PrettyLittleThing, New Yorker)
- Recommended: 30–35 items at a time
- You may add items anytime during store hours
- Staff will maintain the cleanliness of your rack throughout the sales period
- Discounts can be applied at any time by informing staff of the percentage via email or phone
- Discounts apply to the entire sales spot
- Changing the price of a single item requires replacing the full price tag
Items may be delivered on the evening before the sales period, during the last two opening hours of the store
- Items must be picked up on the last day of the sales period before the last two hours of store opening
- If you cannot pick up, clearance can be arranged: €10 (scheduled) / €20 (unscheduled). After this, you have 4 days to pick up

- Final payout is made within 7 business days after the sales period ends
Terms of Sale
Almost New Oy is a second-hand store aimed at providing private individuals with the opportunity to sell used clothing, shoes, and accessories.
Only intact, clean, and well-maintained items may be brought in for sale.
Counterfeit products and ultra-fast fashion items (e.g., Shein, Temu, Boohoo, Fashion Nova, Cider, Romwe, Zaful, PrettyLittleThing, New Yorker) are not accepted. Almost New reserves the right to remove prohibited or unsellable items without prior notice.
Sales spots can be reserved via email, phone, or in-store. On-site reservations must be paid immediately. Reservations made by email or phone must be paid no later than the time of product delivery. Reservations can be canceled up to 7 days before the start of the sales period; otherwise, the full reservation fee will be charged. For health-related reasons, sales periods may be rescheduled by agreement.
The store uses an alarm system and recording video surveillance. Almost New Oy is not responsible for stolen, damaged, or destroyed items (including theft, fire, etc.). Damage occurring during fitting is also not the responsibility of Almost New Oy. If a price tag detaches and the owner cannot be identified, the item will be moved to the designated rack for untagged items and stored there for seven (7) days.
Final payouts are made to the account provided within 7 business days. In cases where sales occur after the payout, the seller can check the balance by contacting the store and request a subsequent payment.
Almost New may market items on social media channels, and items may be reserved for customers for up to 24 hours. Almost New reserves the right to place items in display windows, vitrines, or other visible locations to promote sales.
By reserving a sales spot, the seller agrees to comply with these general terms and the specific terms of each service. Almost New Oy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions.
The service includes a dedicated sales rack, price tags, cardboard price tags, fasteners, a pricing gun in-store, unlimited alarms, and maintenance of rack cleanliness throughout the sales period.
Discounts can be applied by notifying staff of the desired percentage. Discounts apply to the entire sales spot; individual item price changes require replacement of the entire price tag.
Products may be delivered to the sales spot no earlier than the evening before the sales period, during the last two hours of store opening.
Items must be picked up on the last day of the sales period before the last two hours of store opening. If pickup does not occur, a 10 € fee applies for scheduled clearance, and a 20 € fee for unscheduled clearance. After this, items have 4 more days to be collected. After this period, items become the property of Almost New Oy.

Products are delivered to the store by agreement before the start of the sales period. Maximum 3 items per Treasure service.
Items must be picked up within 7 days of the sales period ending, or they may be left with Almost New.
